'It is very important that systems are integrated, otherwise we are bombared with information' potential user says

On September 16, the Fondazione POLIMI opened the doors of the University Politecnico di Milano to 10 older persons invited by our partner and advisory board member, Gray Panthers, for a first focus groups of the project. We report on their feedback.

"It is very important that these integrated systems are developed because at the present time we are bombarded with information and technology that they possess not always providing us with good service."

Participants were asked to share their opinion on issues of healthy aging and primary prevention and on the role that the digital could assume in these paths. Furthermore, they were given the opportunity to discover in advance the appearance and the facets of the NESTORE virtual coaching system before the start of the actual experimentation which will start in mid-October. 

Among the questions they answered: where do you imagine you can find NESTORE, with whom would you talk about it, how would you buy it, via which channels?

"One of the features that seemed to me particularly interesting and useful is that of the possibility of expanding and adapting the system to the needs of the person or group of people."
