NESTORE participates in the first #EuropeanMentalHealthWeek
From 4th to 10th May 2020 is the first European mental health awareness week ‘Together we can make it’. Launched by Mental Health Europe, it aims to highlight the importance of mental health during the Covid-19 crisis and beyond. NESTORE echoed their call!
Support the coronavirus global response effort
On 4 May the European Union joined forces with global partners to kick-start the Coronavirus Global Response, a worldwide pledging effort to raise €7.5 billion of funding to rapidly develop and deploy universally available and affordable diagnostics, treatments and vaccines against the coronavirus.

The NESTORE partner, Neosperience, launches the initiative and community defeatcovid19.org to onboard all organizations and experts in artificial intelligence. The goal is to identify technological answers that support healthcare departments and doctors in such a difficult time.

One year ago, the Catalan Authority on Data Protection invited our expert in ethics and data protection, Itziar Lecuona, to be part of the report on data protection and AI, etc. The report was issued last January 2020 and builds on the NESTORE case study.
